1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and mohd8 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mohd8 platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each member is permitted to hold only one account on the mohd8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including any fund balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in account cancellation and the freezing of funds.

• The account name must match the name on a valid identification document.
• Each phone number may only be linked to one mohd8 account.
• Each email address may only be used for one account registration.
• Account passwords are the member's sole responsibility and must not be shared with any other party.

An identity verification (KYC) process will be conducted before your first withdrawal request is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or proof of address dated within the last 3 months.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

8 Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mohd8 customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed, and any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

Mohd8 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
